(NEW) Ruixin Pro Sharp RH-006 (RX-008 Upgrade)

1) The instructions suck
2) The instructions are in Gook
3) I don't speak Gook

After using a ruixin pro product like this about 9 times it came apart causing the knife to fall slicing my ankle needing 7 stitches and leaving a small chip on an expensive knife I have contacted this company twice and still no reply from them

The sharpener does not work too well for angles 15 degrees or less. You can get a larger knives done at this angle but anything small forget it. Then with the larger knives the system is not really big enough to do both sides of the knife without moving stuff. I don’t mind this product but I would not recommend it to a friend.

I would like to return these.

This is a Christmas gift, I am leaving the rating at a 5 star because of the ease of communication. There is still one piece I am waiting to receive. A label was produced December 6, but the tracking has not been updated on order 6906.
