Cameron, i saw a video which suggested you swap the height adjuster thumb screw with any of the other fasteners which can be tightened with a hex key.
I received the wet stones all ok. One set of stones wrapped up together had identifying info printed on each stone. No problem there, However, a second set of different stones wrapped up together, have no markings at all to show what grit each stone possessed. That is my complaint. Can you please contact me by email and provide the various grit amounts for each of those unmarked stones?? Thank you, Rod
Why are stones not labelled with grade? At these very fine grades, they are easy to confuse! Quality of stones is excellent.
these stones come glued to wood boards. every single stone of mine snapped off the wood after the first use. and the #5000 grit stone actually broke in half while using it. the stones feel nice but I haven't been able to get any response from support and the broken stone doesn't bode well for the other 4.
These stones were a seemingly random assortment of countertop remnents and other stuff. The surfaces had obvious saw marks and there was no way to determine what grit any of them corresponded to. A complete waste of money
